How do I know which product suits me the best?
The product description in our website will have all the information regarding the products, including which skin type the product compliments. If you wish to have a routine specifically designed for your skin type and skin condition, kindly message us on Instagram, we will help you choose a product and/or a routine that works well for your skin type.
How do I place an order?
Place your order easily either through your card or make an easy bank transfer. Your checkout cart will lead you to the available payment options.
Are there any alternative ways to place an order?
Yes. We retail our products at other local platforms and if you wish to place your order through them, the links to our stores are:

How can I track my order?
- You can track your order easily by right clicking the tab “Track Your Order Here” in the menu. Make sure you open a new tab if you don’t want to get re-directed from the website.
- Find your dispatch number /Tracking ID which is e-mailed to you with your invoice, type it in the given space and trace the status of your delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order? Do you offer COD?
- It takes about 2-3 working days for you to receive the order. If there are any delays we will update you through your email.
- No, we do not offer the facility of Cash On Delivery yet.
How much is the delivery charge? Do you deliver Island-wide?
- We charge Rs. 300 for the first kilogram and additional kilograms will be charged Rs. 80 per additional kilogram.

I haven't received my order yet and I haven't received an e-mail regarding the delay. What do I do?
If you have not received your order within 2-3 working days, and haven’t received any information regarding the delay, kindly e-mail us to: [email protected]
I received the wrong order. What do I do?
If you received the wrong order, email us immediately at: [email protected]

We will provide instructions and try to resolve this issue as soon as we can.
How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, do not accept cancellations after the transactions have been made. We advice you to scrutinize the order carefully before placing the order.
I received the order and it was damaged. What do I do?
If there are any unexpected damages in your order, kindly e-mail us or DM us on Instagram with the picture of the damage immediately. Please make sure to inform us within 2 days after you receive the products. We will try our best to make a replacement after considering the condition of the product.

Can I return or exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but you can always have the products exchanged. Please note that we will not bare the delivery charge for exchanges.
