Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations after the transactions have been made. We advice you to scrutinize the order carefully before placing the order.

If there are any unexpected damages in your order, kindly e-mail us or DM us on Instagram with the picture of the damage immediately.  Please make sure to inform us within 2 days after you receive the products. We will try our best to make a replacement after considering the condition of the product.
